Welcome students,

You will use this blog to create posts about a physical trait that helps a species to survive that your group was assigned. Use internet to research information about the animals survival traits assigned to your group. In this blog include the following information:

1. Type of animal and their survival trait assigned to your group.
2. Based on your research, describe the survival trait and what the animal looks like.  
3. Provide description of the trait and illustrate it with 1-2 images. 
4. Provide short narrative explaining how this trait enables the animal to protect itself from predators and other environmental conditions, or enable them to obtain food.
5. Include link to the website where we can find more information about this trait and how it helps a species to survive. 

Groups:

• Group 1- Survival trait: giraffe neck
• Group 2- Survival trait: turtle shell
• Group 3- Survival trait: owl night vision
• Group 4- Survival trait: leopard camouflage
